How do I process a return? expand_more
To process a return, go to your Orders page, select the specific order, and click "Request Return". You'll receive a shipping label via email within 24 hours.
When will I receive my payout? expand_more
Payouts are processed every Monday. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your registered bank account.
Can I change my shop URL? expand_more
Yes, you can change your shop URL once every 30 days. Go to Settings > General > Shop Details to edit your URL slug. Note that old links will not redirect.
My bulk upload failed, what do I do? expand_more
Ensure your CSV file matches our template exactly. Common errors include missing required fields or incorrect date formatting. Download the latest template from the Inventory page.
